WORKING PRINCIPLE:

Preheater is used to preheat the PCB from the bottom side at around 100degrees Celsius at the start of the reworking process, that is a must on lead free PCB's.

Upper heater is used to reflow from above the BGA IC at around 225degree Celsius(lead free) and 180degree Celsius(non-lead free) during the reworking procedure.

Stand: Use to hold the top heater / handheld heater for steady and safety reworking.

The thermometer is used to measure the temperature of the PCB and its reworked area.
During the reworking process, it is always advisable to use good solder flux that will decrease the melting temperature of the solder,for faster heating and more safe process.

Best for reworking Big BGA IC's for XBOX360, PS2, PS3, PSP, PC motherboards and other PCB's that uses lead free and big BGA IC's.
